TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for making payments using our online service.

Payment
=======
To make a payment on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

All transactions are processed in pound sterling (GBP).

Cancellation Policy
===================
In respect to Open Competitions, you can cancel your booking by telephoning Montrose Mercantile Golf Club on . Please quote your unique reference number, and date and time of play.

If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play, your fee will be refunded in full. Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card use on the booking transaction.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks in advance, there will be a refund of 50% of the fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, and in the event of a 'no show' there will be no refund offered.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a refund will be offered.

Dress Code
==========
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress within the clubhouse.

The management reserves the right to refuse access to use the Club's facilities to anyone who they feel is inappropriately dressed.
